I am currently running a 3.10 upper pulley and just ordered a 4# lower and 3.2 alternator pulley and was wondering if anyone has this setup and knows the correct belt length. Thanks in Advance!

I am running the same set-up minus the 3.2 alt pulley. I run a 79in belt with the tensioner ground down. Belt is pretty tight there. Not so sure that helps but with the larger alt pulley you will be bigger than the 79 for sure. I also have three 100mm idlers and a 90mm. all metco

So you know when you install the 4lb lower make sure you put the idler position on the cage in the top position!!
I just destroyed some belts at the tuner and the idler position is PART of the culprit. Before the belts went I did put up 486 lb/ft of torque!! We shut it down before I got into high rpm's so no accurate hp number.

I checked his chart earlier and it does not list this setup. Guess I'll just have to do it by trial and error. Thanks
