Need help with another studdering L

I have changed the fuel filter, coils and plugs, and still have a problem with it studdering when you put the motor in a bind. The code that keeps showing up is a Barometric pressure sensor. Would this cause the studdering problem? Any help would be appreciated. My truck is a 2000 with a cai, and an exhaust. Thanks
