Need recommendation on Tranny Fluid

Input shaft broke, clutch is on it's way out. Replacing it with a complete kit from LFP.

LFP has been great and shipped fast.

Anyway what is the best tranny fluid to use in our cars? I don't know jack about the tranny. My mechanic friend is doing the clutch work for me and is asking what tranny fluid to use.

Any recommendations?

Royal Purplse Synchromax OR GM Synchromesh. You can't go wrong with either.

4.1 quarts is the filling capacity. If it's dry you'll want the 5th quart to slightly top off. If it previously had fluid in it, 4 quarts will fill it.
