I have a couple questions, iam installing my motor in my truck and I dont remember what this threaded hole is for, is it for a sensor?

Then this sensor connector that is on the alternator bracket, I do know it runs under the lower intake manifold.

That plug that runs under the intake may be for the non-functioning knock sensor. If the sensor is still there, it's mounted to a piece of the block just under the alternator.

The hole on the drivers cylinder head is for the (CHT) Cylinder Head Temp sensor. It has a 5 inch long harness that goes up the connector on the Alt bracket that you have pictured.
