I am talking to someone about a 97 pg roller that he has and is trying to sell but there is one problem that is stopping me. The previous owner swapped all of the wiring and computer from a 03 mach one into the car and was using a 99 cobra cluster so it is set up for a c-head motor. I was just wondering how difficult it would be to put my 98 cobra motor and tko in it and get it running with the current wiring?

Not hard. Almost plug and play. You will have to use COP ignition and get 99 up valve covers for them. Im not sure if any of the connectors might be different. Ie IAC and TPS and EGR (you could delete it, depending on your local laws) but might not be.
Are your IMRC deleted? The other issue I see (small) is the speedo sensor on the TKO, but since yours is in a 98 currently, it may not be an issue.
I find it odd that the guy re wired the car just for a C head swap. Weird.
