I got pulled over tonight and received a speeding ticket for a speed that I wasn't doing.

A state trooper gave me a 72 in a 55.

I know for a fact I was doing 60. I am not one of those to bash a police officer and I will 100% take blame for the 60 in a 55.

However, the cop caught me on a hill and made a false statement in the additional info area. He wrote "road was straight and flat. No other vehicles in the area. High radar volume".

It was downhill and my passport 9500ix didn't even go off. I understand that the radar detector doesn't always work, but the road wasn't "flat".

And then the trooper said to me "do you know how fast you were going". And I said "60".

Then in the additional info area he said "I thought I was going 60"...

How do I go about this? 3 things on the ticket are clearly wrong. I will happily take blame for my 60 in a 55, but I just don't think it's right that this guy is making stuff up on a ticket.

Any help would be appreciated.
