Need some info on a In Dash DVD install; Kenwood DDX514

I have a Kenwood DDX514 sitting around and have been waiting to do the install on my 03. Does anyone know if any sort of harness is required or and type of mounting hardware? I just wanna be sure before i start ripping into the car.

I would go to ur local stereo dealer store and they should have installation kits. Make sure u get the ford one with the mach 460 stuff!

its an easy install. i have the dnx9140.

all you do for the "hack" is ground out the parking brake wire. then you can do all you want when drving.

On most systems you just connect the parking brake wire to a ground. A quick google search should net an answer.

Here's what the harness should look like to retain the Mach460 speakers. It needs to have the 2 RCA jacks:
