Need your guys help

A little while back I was coming home from class and came upon some workers resealing the road. I had to go around and the damn sealant from the pavement got on the passenger side of the car!! I got most of it off when I got home with a shitload of all purpose cleaner before the sealant dried. Well by the time I got to the fender it wasn't coming off anymore. Now I have dried pieces of it on the passenger side front wheel well and on the inner part of the fender (silver part). Is there any product that would take this off?

hm... sounds bad. I would try Tarminator from stoner's or Wurth. But i doubt that would work. My second suggestion would be to clay the car. If that doesnt work your final choice will have to be to wet sand. Just my $0.02 ;-)
