Neutral Safety Switch after MM Clutch Pedal Height Adjuster

I just installed this Clutch Pedal Height Adjuster by Maximum Motorsports and noticed that after installation the clutch pedal arm assembly is now pushed left towards the driver's kick panel. This action has caused a bowing in the neutral safety switch arm that I'm not very happy about. Has anyone else installed this part and also been worried about this?

the only problem i had is that at rest the clutch pedal it wouldnt hit the clutch safety switch so cruise control would no engage. I ended up modifying the switch and where it mounted.

Thanks for the input. Didn't verify that on my test drive. Hopefully I'm alright.
