Just picked up my 2004 Mystichrome Cobra. I have a 2000 Trans Am Ws6, which was my daily driver, but is now going to be my strip car, and the cobra is going to be my daily driver.

Just wanted to say hello! Name is Trevor if you couldnt tell from the screen name.

Anything I should know about these 04 cobra's? Break-in period? Any info at all would help. Im honestly a ls1 guy, dont really know much about the 4.6 DOHC

You didn't happen to be up at Five Star Ford today showing Skip the car were you? If so, I saw it. First time to see a mystichrome and man that thing was PIMP!

I work in Fleet Sales up there.

Congratulations on your Mystichrome! These cars are both beautiful and fast!

I'd love to have some photos of your car for my web site. (link below)

Do a search on "break in" in the terminator section and you will various opinions on how to break them in. Me personally, I drove the car fairly easy for the first 500 miles. Tried to stay out of boost, varied speed, etc, etc. At 500 miles I changed the oil and then changed it again at 3,500. After the initial 500 miles I just drove the car normally.

Enjoy your color changer!
