hmmm i was told the stock studs wont work because they are too long. im gonna give you a call tomorrow.
That is correct, in some instances the stock studs make it impossible to slip the header onto them. People told me to jack up one side of the engine while having a friend pry the engine over. I tried it didnt work for me.
What saved my ass is my friend had ratchetting reverse torx wrenches. One fit perfectly over the stud and it was VERY easy to remove a few studs, slip the header over the remaining studs and replace the studs.
Ratchetting 15mm for the win! Lol
