Well, I went to start up the bird today and drive it down the street just to keep her happy. The fuel pump is almost as loud as the exhaust. That's something I'll be addressing SOON after the car leaves the storage place. Too bad I got a full tank now, I'd attempt in on a weekend, but I need to burn off all that gas first.

Since it's dark when I go visit the car maybe I can just syphon the gas out of the tank into a circle around the car...light a match and work on the fuel pump with some good light.
Fun is trying to change tranny fluid on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and loosing the grip on the pan. That's fun! Ever picked up that many quarts of trans? I'll never forget that...about half was drained when I lost my grip.
