new fuel system tuning questions

I have a few questions about tuning my car now that I have alot more mods. I'm running a v3, along with two aeromotive pumps with -8an feed line and -6an return line and 80lbs injectors. Since I'm running a return style setup do I need to keep the evap system? I ask this because the new lines don't connect to the evap system anywhere. Can anyone shed some light on this area? And I think I'm gonna go with e85 while I'm here in Colorado since we have junk 91 and below. Is it ok to run e85 without a tune? Any help would be appreciated. And all of this is in a 99 cobra

If you don't need it for emissions you can delete the evap. You'll need it deleted in the tune. You need a tune to run E85.
