New Home Owner

Well I've been married for 3 months now, and my wife and I decided to purchase a home.

I'm freaking out about this, but its our new home. Its about 2300 sq ft, and then there is a basement. I have a little work to do on it, there is a tiny bit of mold in the basement, but the inspector said it is something easily fixed. I'm also going to have to do some landscaping in the back yard.

Ya it was a little more then we wanted to spend, but we plan on starting our family in the near future. I'm just glad I got to stay in Fairfax County, its actually the neighborhood next to the one I grew up in.

The garage is sweet. I told my wife that sence I sold the cobra for her, she can buy me one back. Lets just say that she didn't laugh.

Our main goal right now is to make the house as energy efficient as we can.
