VERY nice, i'd do like some others from this site have. Paint the "flat" sides and leave the middle carbon fiber. It would be like a wide black stripe down the middle of the hood.

Here's Machin U's hood which is Carbon fiber as well. (hope you don't mind me posting your pics)

That hood looks sweet! I have a Black 95 so if it was me I wouldnt paint it. But silver is a pretty big contrast. I'd paint on either side of the center cowl for sure.
