New injectors/ recalibrate mass?

I have a universal Pro-M mass (95 mm calibrated for 42# injectors) and plan on using it on the cobra. I am also thinking of upgrading the injectors to 50 or 55 lbs. Do I have to get the mass recalibrated or can I make up for this with the predator tuner?

I have tuned other vehicles that do not have the option of recalibrated mass without ever changing the factory mass(mostly imports), but I am interested in hearing some opinions on this.

MAF just measures air flow. It doesn't care about injectors size or injector size. You don't need to get the MAF recalibrated. You will need to adjust your tune. I don't know the Predator at all, but there are settings in the PCM for injector size, slope, etc...
