Go civil service like I did instead of USPS. Better pay & benefits and your military time, especially if any was in a combat or remote assignments, can be applied to your civil service and give you a leg up on other civil servants who have never served.Does USPS still offer a pension retirement? Wow....22.15....I get 5 less an hour to police .....I'm seriously in the wrong line of work.
thinking the cost of living from CA to NC is significant.
and Folsom, CA is a very nice area east of Sacramento.
