EH1.txt

This is after only 21k miles... Nasty!!!

LIM1.txt

The UIM is definitely still a bottle neck IMO.

Much smaller then the LIM or the heads intake ports.

~ Throttle Bodies

Stock 60mm TB on bottom / 65mm 4.6L TB on top
Both optimized.

2TB1.txt

I mic'd everything.

I'll give some before and after specs when I'm done... :-D

I will also be doing that work pretty soon. Have to wait until I get my other car running first. I the like the tb. Looks like the same one I am going to put on.

For the 65mm to work.

You have to seal the air bypass port.
Cut off a throttle stop tab.
Rotate the linkage 180 degrees.
Enlarge the cable hole on the linkage.
Bend the long arm (and cover it) on the linkage to act as a throttle stop.
Optimize the crap out of it... :D

Probably something else???

Have not dynoed with it on.

Have to put the car back together. Still waiting for parts to come in or come back...

I will be going to the dyno the second week in April. Getting my chip reprogrammed (finally more redline!!!) & S-AFC tuned as well.

Before:

LIM1.txt

After:

LIM2.txt

New measurements:

Primary inlet: 33.5mm
Primary outlet: 33.5mm (+1mm) (port matched to 34mm)
Secondary inlet: 34.8mm
Secondary outlet: 34.4mm (+.4mm)

Head inlet ports
Primary: 34mm
Secondary: 34.4mm

I didn't worry about opening up the inlet of the LIM. I doubt the UIM outlets will even get as large as the LIM is now. (Dual Honed UIM was 30.5mm & 32mm respectively)
I'll know soon. :D
