Patrick Stewart to reprise iconic Picard role in new "Star Trek" series
Not gonna lie.. I got excited when I saw this.

I met him at Comi-Con, you will not find a cooler person ever. He was talking cars before the crowds really started showing up and on my old phone he did a voicemail for me and a few other guys I went down with, cursing as Picard.. lol. He's beyond nice, like sicking nice, but didn't turn down a single person and never says anything negative because he's one of the lucky ones that still remember it's the fans that build the stars and hes still grateful and wants to give back. Adam S caught me off guard tho he shows up a lot earlier then I thought and turns into a schoolgirl around PS which is some funny s*it. once you see it, it cannot be undone.I always liked PS. Think he'd be a cool guy to have a beer with.
I would love better writers than get STDs lol. PS seem to command a presence when he acts.Hopefully they get better writers than STD.
I hope it doesn't have the design of Discovery. Would be great to see Worf back too. Could probably get some Riker and Troi on the Titan too. However, if they progress in the timeline I'd prefer to see Riker as Captain of the Enterprise.
Agree on Worf and Troi, but Riker as captain? Meh.
Oh well. Long as Q is back, it's all good.
After 20 years old man Riker should be an Admiral.
From a timeline perspective, I completely agree. I just don't particularly care for his character as a captain. I won't be terribly bothered, regardless of how it turns out, though.
