+1. Seems like your boost numbers are more inline for a 2.8KB. I'm shocked you're making that much boost op with the stock lower and a 3.25 especially with long tube headers which lowers boost. According to KB website a 3.25 on a 2.6 should be 20# but of course every car is different. If you didn't have longtubes there's a chance your car could make 25# which is way higher than 20# with the stock lower, so It would definitely seem like a lower pulley was on there as well but I guess not since you said your tuner checked.
