This bill still sucks! As long as your not trying to get anything of value out of it you're still ok to wear something you didn't earn?!?
Well it is a step in the right direction. So anyone trying to get recognition like the dude on American Idol, or someone trying to get free food on Veteran's Day could be arrested.
i like it. there's been too many instances of people trying this move.
No it isn't ok, it is up to the unit leadership to ensure people are not wearing what they have not earned
