New tails and a detail

I bought these black stock tails to replace the chrome ones. What do you think? 78 bucks shipped from Auto parts warehouse, and delivered on Sat.
Have a car (truck) show tomorrow, probably the most thorough detail I've done to my truck.

I washed it and waxed with some Meguires. Used armor all on the black plastic pieces and used some CD-2 Engine detailer.

They are the same size friend. :beers:
Lot's of times I have to tell partstores I've got an '03 just to avoid confusion when they don't undersand when I tell them it's an '04 Lightning, heritage body style, engine vin code 3.
Same with most parts websites online, you have to put in '03 because most ignore the '04 Heritage styles including the Lightning.

Oh and a fun fact, a 3.0 '08 Escape uses the same oil filter and oil as the Lightning
