Hello all, so coming from a highly modified fusion where I was pretty much the first one to do any performance modifications, a plethora of custom work, and got a handful of companies interested in working on a Ford Fusion to now the mustang where I won’t be doing anything that you guys have not seen before I will just label this the nothing special build, somewhere for me to put all of my progress.
Some pictures of the fusion build

Now onto the mustang! When i picked it up it had 16,000 miles on it and an airaid intake, GT500 AB, JLT catch can, GT500 wing and a barton short throw shifter.

It was not long before i bought some parts to go on the new mustang!

Pypes catless H-pipe/ Steeda Tune (I know AED or Lund soon but i cant complain about the steeda tune as a DD)

Next on the list was an MMD grill, CS/boss front valence, Boss front splitter, blacked out 5.0 badges and GT4 wheels.

Here were the wheels before powerder coating I got 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear and as you can tell from my fusion build i do like black wheels so i went with a semi gloss black.

Here are the wheels after powder coating. Sorry for the quality of photos but i should have better ones soon.

I also thought I should address the suspension as the car was in the garage for the winter so i went with BMR lowering springs, BMR adjustable panhard and BMR lower control arm relocation brackets.

Let me know what you guys think!

Looks sweet OP, the steeda tune is actually very good, had it before my AED and felt similar in power at top end, shauns tunes are just beasts in the midrange.

Thanks guys I appreciate it!

Thanks for letting me know 9tmareee, I do enjoy my steeda tune, it seems well behaved when I’m just trying to drive around town with no surging but when I dip into the throttle it feels like it has good power and is very smooth. I will probably wait to switch tunes until I go with long tubes I’ve just heard some really good things about Lund and AED. At the end of the day I’m not looking for a super-hot tune I just want something I can beat on every once and awhile and not have to worry about it. That is the reason I got away from a boosted 4cyl :p

I finally got my wheels back and here are some pictures I took of them.

Welcome to this side of the show!
I also have a 2014 fusion as my dd and sometimes visit 2gfusion site.

Thank you! I have been a moderator on 2gfusions for almost two years now. I think it’s a pretty nice site to get whatever information you could ever want about the fusion.

So more parts are starting to come in now! Just got my CS/Boss front valence, Boss street splitter, BMR lower control arm relocation brackets and for Christmas I got an MMD deck lid blackout panel!

May I suggest taking the dealer decal off the trunk, I did mine and it makes the rear end look so much better IMO. Nice car though man, looks like you have some tasteful mods planned.

Not a fan of the wheels, but I like your get after it attitude. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the car as you seem to be someone that enjoys modding.

Thank you I appreciate it! Funny you should say that I just went out last night to get some goo gone to remove the sticker!

Thank you! I’m excited to see how I like the car after all of the new suspension/wheels and tires are on the car. I will see where I should go from there but I am missing my turbo :p
