new to the game

I just got my pc today and all it came with is the white polishing pad. i have a mystic and want it to shine new again. i was wandering if you guys could help me out here. could someone just put in order what i need to do like wash, clay, wash so on. i would really like to know how to prep my paint for some killer shine and durability. also, what speed should i do the steps in with the pc. thanks guys :rockon:

step 3 Sonus Pads autopia.com 50 something dollars.
step 4 ............well spree take it from here.

I don't know what kind of pads that Scott @ SMP sells, but I lake the Lake Country, Propel, and Meguiars soft buff pads.
