new trans ?

I just got my car back from getting a new trans after the tsb.I haven't got in it hard just some smooth high rpm shifts.The shift from 1 to 2 seemed really hard and downshifting was the same way,it just doesn't feel the same to me.The clutch pedal is also ALOT softer and has some play up top,but the engaging is pretty much good with no chatter. So some input would be helpful on this if anybody else had these issue or am I over paranoid about it. I also do not have any of the parts on it either that's in the sig. Thanks everyone

anybody? drove it down the street today after installing the pulley i didn't won't to speed shift it but it was still notchy when shifting normal and hard to go in gear is there a way to adjust the clutch or is it just the pedal u can adjust
