New truck???

[King Cobra 2001]

I was wondering if I could get people's input on the F-150 truck. I was recently thinking about getting into a bigger truck...and I noticed a 2005 F-150 XLT 4x4 Supercab (extended) for sale locally thats within my budget. It has almost 50k miles on it and i could probably get it for around $15k.

Any input is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

I've got an 08 F-150 and I love mine. Its big and roomy, almost too much IMO. It isn't a mustang or sporty like a car, its a truck. I wouldn't worry too much about mileage as long as the truck was maintained well.

I have an 04 i bought brand new and love it. No real issues to date.

I have a 2000 f150 supercab with the 5.4, along with an 03 cobra. I got the truck for $4300 with 60k miles about a year ago, has been great, no problems. It has the 2 valve 5.4 so not as quick as the newer ones but still enough power plus it has the factory towing package, can tow a mustang.
