New users cant post?

I have a couple guys in a FB group who said they opened accounts but cant post anything, even in the intro forum. They get the following at the bottom of the page

"You may not post new threads
You may not post replies
You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts"

Usernames: Travis Everhart & Gordonhenrichs

They stated they have sent e-mails regarding not being able to post things buy have not got a response. Just trying to help them out, Will re-lay anything if needed.
