Bought @ Target a few months back for $49.99 + Tax.
Never had the chance to use it (too busy work/home/family), and now I'm selling my XBOX 360 system, so I have no use for it.
This is an authentic XBOX card, which you can use to create a new account or extend an existing one.. unlike the majority on Ebay where you can only create new accounts, and there is no physical card.
The card must be redeemed by 6/30/2007, but from what I hear, you can call Microsoft and they will extend the redeem by date.
If you'd like it shipped, I'll take it out of the plastic casing and ship it in a standard envelope free of charge, or if you want it shipped in its original packaging, it will be $5 additional
