The first car I fell in love with and in the same color. Amazing

I'm going to Nashville to see this thing on display some day :)

I had a '92 Nissan Maxima. It was the best damn car I have ever had. 250,000 miles, all I ever did was change the timing belt. Kept it over ten years and hated to give it up.

The 92-93's were the shizzle. Just like the 91-94 Sentra SE-R's. Frickin awesome driving cars.

I love my 2000 Maxima, it's probably one of the best cars I've ever owned. It's a 2000 5 speed black on black with 167 on it and runs like new, only problem is it's a huge pile of rust lol. What I would do to have it fully restored to like the day it was new. My friends always make fun of me because when I see a MINT Maxima I always point it out lol.

And just noticed that the wheels on this car are base 16" gen 5 wheels lol.

External lane departure indicators. Still to this day a feature Nissan owners still don't use.

1st and 2nd gen Maximas were the best looking ones. After that, they got progressively worse. They totally jumped the shark when they released that big jelly bean version a few years back.

I've only driven 3 Nissans my whole life; a '90 Sylvia in Okinawa, a '92 Sentra, and a '04 Altima. The Sylvia was the best. That drive was only a few minutes long, but it felt fantastic. Was looking to buy it, but couldn't get used to shifting with my left arm. That Altima was fast for the time.

They should have done that to a 240.

+1 Friend of mine just sold his RB25 swapped big turbo 240, it was a sweet car. Would love to see a factory fresh one.

Awesome video that Nissan put together on this, it was rather funny and a cool concept.

i had a 99 Maxima SE back in highschool/college. Fully loaded, 5 spd manual & stillen supercharged. One of my fav cars till this day, simply because of the memories. sold that car with 230k miles. last time i spoke with the guy who bought it had removed the SC and the car was still running on the orginal motor/trans and it just rolled over 400k. .
