how did the air box explode? it looked like a tnt f1 kit, being a wet kit set in behind the airbox. wouldn't the manifold blow?

its called nitrous backfire. happens on wet kits, when the nitrous pools in the intake manifold. or you could be running too rich, or too lean.

Its more then likely fake becuase nitrous on its own is non-flamable. Unless they had a fuel/nitrous shot.

y ummm thats why we all know its a WET kit. and why in the hell would someone fake that???? oh well it prolly lokked like it skipped some frames b/c the guy filming was like 2 ft away. i would jump like a little girl too if somthing exlpoded right infront of me!

that was a tnt kit that was on it. That is the kit I run on my LT1. I had a back fire at the track once from spraying too early, blew my air filter off and screwed up my mass air. The air filter was on smoldering when i picked it up. And that was about what it sounded like.
