What should I use to plug my nitrous line when I take the bottle out of the car???

Close the bottle valve and no need to close the line. If you are talking about the line from the bottle to the jets you will clear all of the air in there when you purge the system. Why would you disconnect it anyways unless the bottle is empty. I never disconnected mine till time for a refill.
Yeah I'm kind of new to nitrous, I don't know much about it just trying to get some info.
