No front tag

I got pulled over the other by a capital police on 295 and he gave me a ticket for no front plate . Does anybody know if there are points that go along with this or can I just pay the fine and not have any points go on my record ? Any insite would help .

Not a moving violation there are no points associated with no front tag. Pay it and be on your way.
