Ok buddies 03 cobra Wont start I'm not getting any power to my OBD II port all fuses check good. I have a manual it says: Measure the voltage between DLC C251 Pin 16, Circuit 1047 (LG/RD), harness side and ground. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? Answer is No I'm getting like .45 volts, Ok the books solution is
REPAIR Circuit 1047 (LG/RD). TEST the system for normal operation.
I can't find any guidence in the on the disk for a Circuit 1047 to repair. anyone got anything?????
