No start after winter storage

Hi all, my wife has an 02 GT that has 9,100 miles on it. As you can tell, it's a fair weather car!
We bought it new and have stored it in a garage over the winter using a trickle-charger and stabil with a full tank.
This last winter, the fuel tank was only 1/4 full.
The car will crank, but will not fire. I hear the fuel pump. No codes are set. I'm thinking the injectors are gummed up.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance
George

Yes, Stabil last winter. However, I didn't get a chance to drive the car with the stabil in it. I'm thinking it didn't get mixed well.

I added 5 gallons of 93 octane, no change. I then added some sure start (I think it was)...small yellow can supposed to help start any engine....that didn't work either.
I'm thinking about pulling the injectors and soaking them in some lucas fuel system cleaner.
Any other ideas?

Sounds like you've got a crazy mix of stuff in those fuel lines.

Flush the entire thing and start over. Clean the injectors, clean out the MAF, check your plugs

update!
Car is now running perfect! It was the fuel pump.
I'm perplexed that the OBD scan didn't show a low pressure fault. I checked the fuel pressure at the rail and it was 0 PSI.
Thanks for the help!
