Any of you guys ever heard about "noisy TVS's",drove last summer about 7000miles,the whole season, normal cruising, quick acceleration,wot...never heard anything but noticed that everytime the car's on idle only(wether cold/worm)you can hear a metal "rubbing noise" kind like faulty bearing...Brought it to my mechanic, listened to it,ran the car without the blower belt...noise stopped!!

Now he changed the bearings, still the same, never any louder always the same.Anyone heard of this before, thoughts, help, opinions please!!

thx,Pat.

are you sure it wasnt the tensioner or idler bearings. might not be the supercharger you have enough miles for the idler and tensioner to start going bad
