My 04 mach 1 is in the shop getting a built bottom end ,t-56 and 31 spline rear.
I have some questions for you all.

1) I'm going to upgrade the input and output shafts,are the any other mod's I should have them do to the t-56?

2) What clutch should I use?

3) Has anyone taken a ride in a 2.3 whippled car? if so how loud is the gear whine?

4) What gear do I go with,the car is an every other day driver?

5) What exhaust should I go with? I have kooks lt headers,so I'm thinking of an x-pipe and magnaflow catback

I think that's it....lol

Upgrading to a 26 spline input shaft will do the trick. I haven't heard
of any issues with the output shaft.

It depends on the amount of power your car will make.
I have a Ram 900 currently and it's pretty nice. It's time
for a twin disk though at 600+rwhp.

The whine of the blower or of the rear end gear? My 3.90 gear doesn't
make any noise. 2.3L Whipples are extremely quiet in comparison to
a KB, a stock Eaton, or a ported Eaton.

It depends what you want to do with the car. If it's a true daily
driver and you're going to go with a 26" tire, I suggest either a 3.55 or
a 3.73.

It's all about personal preference, $$$, and sound.

I was talking about the blower whine ..lol...You think it could be heard over the exhaust in my 1st post?
The car is a every other day driver with an acational 300mile trip. It will have 2 tunes 1 for 91oct 500rwhp+or- and 1 for a smaller pulley and race gas 600rwhp+or-
