I wouldn't just because of the link address. Anything with "porn" in the address still shows up on the firewall...Just an fyi.

A good rule of thumb for those surfing at work...If the thread title says NSFW, its Not Safe For Work
Depends what firewall you have. On the Sonic Wall I can see what site has the most hits, by who, how long and how many times they access it a day. Its not setup as a "log". I see everyones log in ID's and go from there, very easy to use. Also, can setup alerts for different code words that email admins.I wouldn't be too worried, most admins have better things to do than stare at logs all day. I certainly don't monitor our syslog from the server all day...it is a ****ing eye chart..I only start to sift thru them when we have real issues. We use URL filtering for known disease vectors like malicious sites, online games, pay to surf, web reputation etc...I do no keyword blocking exclusively per say...example you create a keyword filter of NBA to keep users off of basketball sites, that will also block moderNBAkery.com...

Same way though, block key words etc.
For the company I work for now, we use something similar as well.Sonic is fine for small biz, would never use for anything else....I only use Cisco ASA 55xx firewalls with CSC and AIP modules.
