I believe that was a demolition of just a second stage (out of 3 stages) on a Trident D5 missile. Where I was stationed for a couple years I guarded potentially hundreds of these but you never know exactly how many are there. I don't remember all of the details or specs but I remember a missile tech showing me that video as he was there to witness that demo and he explained it all. If just one missile motor had gone off it could have created a chain reaction that would dwarf that explosion in Tianjin, China a few years back.
This show is hilarious. Skip to 15:20 for the biggest idiot driver. There is another video of him wiping out a crowd of dummies in the Mustang but I couldn't find it on Youtube. This one is good though.
Probably not but perhaps it's funnier if we could speak French?
