The B&W film clip is of a person with what was called Cretinism. Otherwise known as an extremely small head. There is a scientific name for it now which escapes me. Guessing the clip is from the old movie called "Freaks" I think. Was about a bunch of circus freaks who get taken advantage of and then claim revenge. Had a person with no legs, tattoed man, bearded lady etc in the movie. Was one of the first movies that showed old school carnie freaks.
