I have a 2012 mustang gt with a o/r X pipe i have a tune on it as well. I have heard that even with the rear o2 sensors cut off that it will not pass inspection. Is there a way to get a tune that will pass inspection or is my only option to put the stock midpipe on?

I do inspections here in NC and it will NOT pass. Your readiness codes will not be set. Even if you found an inspection station willing to look past the no cats part (assuming they actually do their job and look under the car) the computer will still not allow the car to pass and there is nothing the technician can do about it. Same reason I couldn't pass my own car. Put the stock pipes back on and drive it for a couple of days before you get an inspection.
