Oil relocation kit

Hello everyone,
I was looking for an affordable oil relocation kit and found this:

Will this work using our stock motorcraft fuel filter?
I'm guessing we have the 3/4-16 Thread oil filter.

P.s. I plan on keeping the stock oil cooler.

The FL-820S has a 22mm x 1.5 filter thread. It looks like this will mount to the cooler ok (may need to use 90 or 45 degree fittings depending on your K) but you will have to use 3/4" thread filters on the remote mount going forward.
