So I went to a race night a few days ago and ran a ton of 1/8th mile passes. Probably 22-23 runs in a 3 hour window. Car did well, I only lost 2 all night.
Next time I drive it, I smell a little oil burning. Upon a quick investigation I see oil sheen on the cam covers and take the coil cover off passenger side.
3 coils have oily residue around them.
Is this blow by?
I just installed the supercharger and oil pump gears in July. New gaskets installed then with New plugs.
Worried I’ve hurt the motor...
