From what I understand, yes, they all do. I just put it on my truck a few weeks ago and within the first few miles, I noticed oil in the seperater.

Yes sir.... Oil Seperator is a smart move. I've allready emptied mine about 6 times, but I do it every Oil Change. $39.95, can't beat that!

I installed the seperator 2 months ago. I'll be putting on a polished plenum and TB this week and will be able to take a good look at the amount of oil in the intake system. Then I'll know if it's working.

mines been looking good for a year now (well thursday makes it a year) and 13k miles.
I put a dime in the tube feeding up to the rear of the intake plenum and went to the EV-98B PCV valve from Ford. No oil breathers either.
