oil???

i have a 96 GT and i was wondering what kind of oil i should use...i got it used and ive just been puting 10w30 in it but i was wondering if it would be alright to use synthetic or not...cause i heard it could damage things to switch to synthetic.

If its mostly stock, just use a synthetic 10w30. Until you get some severe HP, then different oil is recommended. I have 12/1 compression on my saleen and over 500+ at the crank, 20w50 is recommended for that setup. Go to www.redlineoil.com and read about the different types of oils and the usage for each. You'll be good to go. Oh, and welcome to the mustang club!!
