i ve been noticing alot of talk about what oil to use.well straight from the horses mouth if u use 5-20 for just every day driving in the north pole cool put if you are at a place like tx ,fl or any where thats hot go with 10w-30 esp for stop and go traffic. if you are going to race i would dump 20-50 then drain and put back either 5-30 or 10-30 .remember 5-20 is not made to sustain high speed operartions thats why ford makes there 5/20 a syn blend so it wont break down easy.
