I sold my first L (silver 2001) about 2-1/2 years ago and replaced the stock radio with a simple single DIN Alpine unit and for the lower DIN I had bought one of the custom light up "Lightning" inserts from the guy in Canada who was making them. I just recently found another L (looks identical to my first) and it has the stock radio.
I've looked around and there is a lot to choose from. Was hoping for suggestions/options from you guys. (Will need to be a able to bluetooth connect with my phone no matter what).
I'm not opposed to a double DIN or single DIN. Does anyone know whether or not the guy in Canada is still making that insert?
