Has anyone had that orange passive restraint light (you know the one with the airbag/driver/seatbelt on it) come on? How can I get rid of this? my car has 78000mi on it and has never been wrecked or hit so what does this light mean and how do I shut it off? I tried disconnecting the battery but it didnt work????

My dads F150 does that. It should be flashing a code to you. Possibly one of your airbag sensors is bad?

I hooked my scanner up to it but couldn't pull any codes and my haynes manual would better serve me as kindling for my fireplace. However, the light does flash a 3 - 2 code but I can't seem to find out what this means. anyone????

Thanks , yeah the 3-2 code indicates high resistance or an open circuit on driverside airbag. I guess ford has a tsb on this. anyone else had this problem?
