I only have light swirls so it will go like this,
wash with Shampoo and a little Adams APC-
clay bar
maybe wash again
Adam’s Swirl & Haze Remover
Fine Machine Polish
Adam’s Machine Super Sealant
2-3 Light Coats of
Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax 2.0

Sound good?

Instead of using dawn to wash I would use shampoo mixed with some Adam's APC, it doesn't take much and it won't dry out the trim like a wash of just dawn. Be sure to wait for the 12-24 hours of cure time with the machine sealant too. Other than that you are going to love the results. The super sealant really won't need anything on top unless you want to add more on top and if so I would opt for 2 coats max on top.

Be sure to clay your windows too, you will be amazed at what collects on them. Post up some before/after pics too!

Redrocket16 What do you think about Glaze? Should I add it in their anywhere or do you see more as a quick "band aid" thats not part of a full detail.

And for sure on pictures, I am currently deployed overseas and have yet to even see or drive the car I bought. (Grandfather has been driving with the top down lol)
But in about 1-2 months I will do a full detail write up.

Oh yeah man lol, He took my grandmother for a 200mile cruise the other day. I couldn't say anything. he went and picked the car up for me and checked everything out. Plus if it was his car and he was gone, i'd do the same thing lol.

As far as their Brilliant Glaze I love the stuff. It goes on easy and comes off easy as well. It works awesome on chrome/polished wheels after some metal polish even. It works on windows too believe it or not.

If you don't have it I would recommend some smaller sized pads since you already have the products and the smaller pads work greats on the pillars on our cars and the mirrors.

7" pads? Pretty big to control. A better option would be 5 1/2 pads with an appropriate backing plate. Happy detailing.

Thanks for your service.

I haven't had any issues with control of the Adam's pads and they make it fewer passes on the car. I can see how the mid size pads would work for our cars but the large pads work great on the large panels.

Thanks buddy, ya I have done a lot of reading and pretty much seems to be much much much safer than an rotary which I have used many time. Don't think you can really go wrong with a DA.

Good to know. Adam's has giant pads. I bought the "focus" set because the new edge Mustangs are so angular. I'll be doing the detail in the spring.
