Guess I haven't heard of any of these valve train problems. I own 6 5.4L 3 and two 5.4L 4 valves and all have been stellar.

The raptor is having injector problems but ford is not fixing it until it blows up the engine

That was according to my dealer, also the litters are making noise like they need to be adjusted

When they unplug one of the sensors alot of the noise goes away

The 5.4 3v have issues with cam phasers. Sounds like a diesel when they get bad. Sounds like that maybe?? Have you called SVT?
