Have you tried a Italian tune up? Run some Techron and hold it at 4000 RPMS or so on the freeway for 15 to 20 minutes. Easy way of getting rid of deposits and carbon buildup. You may have more deposits than normal since you have so low miles. EGR shouldn’t be an issues since it’s closed at idle. Unless there’s carbon buildup.

Another to look at is make sure you have clean spark plugs gaped correctly. I know my car had some plugs on the worn side. New plugs helped smooth idle and seem to help power as well. Their cheap enough to just toss on.
Can you post a video? I don't think I have the sound you're talking about. I'm not sure if I've heard it.
